Balanced News: UK backs Rolls-Royce project to build a nuclear reactor on the moon

The UK Space Agency has announced that it will back research by Rolls-Royce looking into the feasibility of nuclear power on the moon. This would allow for continuous human presence on the moon, and would build upon the work that has already been done in developing space nuclear power.
