Commuters in Sydney are being warned of major delays on the train network due to an ongoing incident. Some trains are being stopped at platforms, and travel time is expected to be significantly longer. The T3 Bankstown Line, T4 Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line, and South Coast services were earlier suspended in both directions. Currently, trains are running between Sydenham and Redfern, but delays are expected to continue. Transport for NSW advises commuters to delay travel if possible or consider using other nearby public transport services.
