Britain is facing “danger to life” wind warnings as Storm Isha brings gusts of up to 90mph. The Met Office issued several weather warnings, including two amber wind alerts. Travel disruptions are expected, with closures, cancellations, and delays across rail, sea, and air services. Damage to homes, falling trees, power cuts, flying debris, and even some flooding are anticipated. Storm Isha is the ninth named storm of the season, which started in September.
