A Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Honey has broken the Australian record for the largest litter of puppies after giving birth to 22 pups. The three-year-old dog’s owner, Jayden Cousins, had predicted a maximum of 11 puppies, but Honey went on to double that number. Although not all survived, Honey and her remaining offspring are recovering well, and Cousins is hoping they will grow up to become helpful and loving service dogs. The identity of the father or fathers of the litter is unknown.
