The second-biggest jackpot in Australian lotto history, worth $90 million, will be drawn on Boxing Day after nine consecutive draws with no division one winners. It is estimated that up to a third of Australian adults will have a ticket for the draw. Last week’s draw saw peak sales at 6.35pm, with 4,113 tickets sold in a single minute. The draw closes at 7.30pm AEST. The Lott spokesperson, Matt Hart, recommends registering tickets to a player card or online account to ensure immediate contact with any division one winners. So far this year, there have been 13 division one winners, each taking home $233 in prize money.
