Medieval artifacts, including bronze axes, spearheads, rings, and a sword scabbard, dating back to the Bronze Age were declared treasure by the Welsh government. The items were discovered in an empty field in Wales between 2020 and 2022 and are believed to have been deliberately buried in a ritual ceremony by a local community. The Amgueddfa Cymru museum is interested in acquiring the items once they have been evaluated. Other treasures, including a Roman silver ring fragment and a medieval silver brooch pin, were also found in the same area. Similar treasures were found in Wales earlier this year.
