According to the arrest affidavit from the Grand Junction Police Department, on July 9, officers responded to St. Mary’s Hospital to a report of potential misconduct. A witness reportedly saw Christopher Lambros, a registered nurse, take photos of a patient’s genitals.

Police said the witness told authorities she came into the room, the lights were off, and the curtain was drawn.
