Balanced News: Motorcyclist in critical condition after crash on SH2

A motorcycle crash has occurred on State Highway 2 between Ōpōtiki and Gisborne, blocking the road. The crash happened south of Waioeka Gorge, near the intersection with Rakauroa Road. One person is in critical condition. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and a road closure may be implemented. Traffic management is being arranged and the Serious Crash Unit has been notified.
