The victim, a 25-year-old man, was slashed across the face and taken to the hospital in serious condition. The police apprehended a 29-year-old man in Hebersham shortly after the incident. He has been charged with intent to cause grievous bodily harm and will appear in court today. It is stated that the two men did not know each other.
