Balanced News: Lok Sabha Panel Summons MPs Ramesh Bidhuri And Danish Ali on Dec 7 over Special Session Row

The Lok Sabha Privileges Committee has summoned BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri and BSP MP Danish Ali to appear before it on December 7 in connection with breach of privilege complaints. Bidhuri had earlier expressed his inability to attend, citing election duty in Rajasthan. Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra questioned why Bidhuri was seemingly excused while her case was taken up in a hurry. Bidhuri had used abusive and religious slurs against Danish Ali during a discussion on India’s Chandrayaan mission, leading to a breach of privilege complaint against him. Several MPs from both camps filed complaints against each other.
