Two people were killed and 18 were injured in a shooting that occurred during Halloween festivities in Tampa, Florida. The shooting took place in the Ybor City area, which was filled with late-night revelers at the time. Police are in custody of one suspect and are searching for at least one more. The fight and subsequent shooting occurred between two groups, but it is unclear if they were inside any of the bars in the area beforehand.
