Ivory Coast on Monday commissioned the construction of two major infrastructure projects in the Ivorian economic capital Abidjan- that of a metro and the extension of the international airport. “The purpose of my visit is obviously to mark the concrete launch of the completion of major infrastructure projects here in Abidjan. It is an ambitious project, a social project that will benefit millions of people in Abidjan” the French minister added.
