TOMY Australia’s Boon Flair Highchair has been recalled by Product Safety Australia due to a defect that can cause the seat to detach from the pedestal base. This defect has caused injuries overseas. Customers are advised to immediately stop using the highchair and contact TOMY Australia for a free repair kit, which includes bolts and washers to fix the chair. The highchairs were sold online and through CoolKidz Australia from September 1, 2012, until December 31, 2015.
