Gary Wang and Caroline Ellison, the co-founders of FTX, have both plead guilty to federal charges in the Southern District of New York. Bankman-Fried has been charged with eight criminal accounts, including securities fraud and money laundering, and he’s released on a $250 million bond while awaiting trial.
