To ensure the safety and smoothness of the annual pilgrimage to the Lord Ayyappa shrine at Sabarimala in Kerala, India, extensive security measures have been put in place. These include the deployment of 13,000 police personnel in six phases, the installation of 76 CCTV cameras, and the use of drones. Three temporary police stations have also been set up.
