CCTV shows the man enjoying a lunch break when a Hyundai hatchback jumped the kerb behind him and destroyed a large part of the building’s shopfront. Witnesses rushed to the man and the driver’s aid while the damage was surveyed.The footage showed most of the shopfront in ruins and rubble piled on the car. Chaos could be heard in the moments after the crash but there were no major injuries to anyone in the salon.“We’re all good and everybody’s all right,” one person said in the footage.The salon was boarded up on Thursday for repairs to be undertaken.
