Balanced News: Brazil: Exhibition celebrates Indigenous Kayapó people

An exhibition dedicated to the Kayapó people, curated by young Kayapó individuals, has opened at the Niteroi Museum in Brazil. Indigenous leader Raoni Metuktire attended the opening, urging people to unite in fighting for the preservation of nature. The exhibition features over 100 photographs, as well as videos and handicrafts, showcasing the Kayapó people’s history and their blending of traditions with elements from other cultures. The exhibition is part of the Tradition and Future in the Amazon project, sponsored by Petrobras, and will run until November 26.
