Kaja Kallas is the prime minister of Estonia and she has a history of being a vocal critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin. In December 2022, she gave a speech at the Berlin Summit in which she outlined the challenges that Estonia is facing due to digitalization. Kallas is re-elected as the prime minister of Estonia in the upcoming election and she is considered to be a possible successor to NATO Secretary General Jen Stoltenberg.
