A luxury bus bound for Odisha’s Paradip caught fire in West Bengal’s Paschim Medinipur district, resulting in at least 30 injuries. The incident occurred when the bus, which departed from Kolkata, was approaching Madhabpur area. The passengers attempted to escape the bus by breaking the side windows, with some falling into a roadside ditch. The driver and helper also managed to exit the vehicle. Firefighters arrived to extinguish the flames, and the cause of the fire is currently unknown.
