A group of 12 men were killed by junta troops in Myanmar while drinking tea at a shop in Mandalay region’s Madaya township. In a separate incident, 10 civilians were killed in southern Chin state due to junta airstrikes on six homes. The attacks occurred without any battle, and mobile phone communications were cut off in the affected village.
